REFUND & CANCELATION POLICY

We want to thank you for choosing FACE Medical Boutique as your aesthetic health care provider. In order to give you and all of our patients the best possible care, we request that you review our policy regarding missed and/or cancelled appointments. A missed appointment is when one fails to show up for an allotted appointment time, without rescheduling the appointment and/or without a cancellation notice of at least 24 hours prior to the allotted appointment time. These appointments will be confirmed two (2) days in advance with a phone call, e-mail, or text message from our office.

You must cancel or reschedule online 24 hours in advance. If you have any issues, please contact us. Certain services require a $50 deposit that will not be refunded for no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours.

We at FACE Medical Boutique are fully committed in providing you with the utmost quality of care and safety, while providing you with the best results possible to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your service(s), please call the office immediately. From the date of service(s), you have 24 hours to contact our office, and you must be seen by a provider within 72 hours from the date of service for a consultation and review of your concerns in person.

 

Please keep in mind, any communication beyond the 72 hours from the date of service will be addressed on a case by case basis.

For neurotoxin treatment (Botox® or Dysport®), full effects can take 3-14 days to appear. If this is your first treatment with FACE Medical Boutique, your treatment has been tailored specifically for you. We would like to see you back in 14 days to ensure your treatment outcome has been obtained and you are satisfied with your results. Please keep in mind any refinements to your dose can be done then at the price paid per unit with your initial visit within the 14 day post initial treatment date; however, refinements after 14 days will not be performed as this is outside the treatment window of best possible outcomes.

We do not offer refunds on services, which is why it is imperative that you contact us immediately if you have concerns. 

​

Skincare products purchased in-store can be refunded on an individual basis.
